(ELKHART COUNTY) – A one vehicle accident took the life of a teenage girl.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 18 year old Jordan Hoff of Bristol was driving west on County Road 8, just west of County Road 131 at 4:22 AM Tuesday when her vehicle went off the north side of the road and struck a tree.

Hoff was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
