(GRAND RAPIDS) – Michigan's path to recovery from COVID-19 is moving forward.

During a visit to Grand Rapids on Monday, Governor Gretchen Whitmer shared that some changes will be coming to the State's epidemic orders over the next few weeks. ...... {LISTEN}.

Unvaccinated Michiganders will continue to wear masks. In addition, if a business requires masking, Whitmer says we need to support them and abide by that.

As of July 1, Whitmer says the indoor capacity limits and broad gathering and mask ordinances will be lifted.

To date, 57 percent of Michigan residents have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
