(STURGIS) – Sturgis Department of Public Services crews are continuing to work to clean up trees and limbs from the storm in public right-of-way and parks.

City officials say they will be holding a special storm damage brush pickup starting Wednesday, August 25th. The City’s compost site is open for residents looking to drop off brush. Hours for this week are: Friday, August 13 and Saturday, August 14 from 9 AM to 5 PM; then Sunday, August 15 from 1 PM to 5 PM.

The City will continue to provide regular updates on the situation through the local media, the City's Facebook page and the Nixle alert system.
