(FORT WAYNE) - The Democratic Primary to determine who will run against Third District Republican Congressman Marlin Stutzman in the fall is not over yet. After losing to Justin Kuhnle by 82 votes, Tommy Schrader says he plans to ask for a recount. Schrader told WANE-TV that at first, he was not going to do it but he thought he owed it to the people who voted for him to make sure there were no mistakes. He also told WANE-TV some provisional ballots still need to be counted. The three candidate race was a tight one. Kuhnle finished with 2,880 votes. Schrader had 2,798 while Jim Redmond had 2,583.
