ALBION - Noble County Prosecutor Steven Clouse is asking the Indiana Court of Appeals to reconsider a judge’s decision to shift a murder trial from Noble to Allen County.

The appeals court agreed last week to consider the change of venue in the case of 35-year-old Andres Gonzalez Jr. The Fort Wayne man is accused of killing 36-year-old Erin Justin in June of 2011 and dumping her body into a lake near Albion.

The trial faces further delay while the appeals court decides the issue, and Gonzalez’s attorney wants a judge to consider bail. He’s been held without bail since his arrest.
