BRUSHY PRAIRIE – The exchange of property at the end of a relationship ended in a heated argument and shots fired Monday evening in LaGrange County.
LaGrange County Sheriff's deputies arrested 24-year-old Milton Cisco on preliminary charges of intimidation and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
Officers responded to Cisco's residence on County Road 1150 East after his ex-girlfriend called to report gunfire. She and the man who accompanied her to the exchange say an argument broke out when Cisco wanted to keep an item and that he fired several shots into the ground near them.
The two left the residence and police arrived and confiscated the weapon during Cisco's arrest.
