(UNDATED) - The National Weather Service has issued urban and small stream advisories for several counties in Indiana and Ohio including Allen, DeKalb, Defiance and Williams Counties until 3:00pm Thursday afternoon. There have been widespread reports of one to two inches of rain. Excessive runoff from rivers and streams is expected to cause minor flooding. A flood warning for small streams is in effect until 6:00pm Thursday evening for Defiance, Henry, Allen, Paulding, Putnam and Van Wert Counties in Ohio. The rain has been heavy enough to produce significant runoff and localized flooding. Meanwhile, a fallen tree caused a power outage that affected 157 NIPSCO customers in the Fremont area.
