(LAGRANGE) – A LaGrange County skilled nursing facility recently received a deficiency free state survey.
Life Care Center of LaGrange completed their annual survey and was deficiency free according to the State of Indiana. It is the fourth time in the last five years that the LaGrange facility has achieved this result.
Nursing facilities must meet hundreds of criteria to pass the state survey, from nursing care to food services to the physical condition of the building.
Jeff Brinkman, Executive Director of the LaGrange facility, says he and the staff are thrilled to have achieved such a high survey. He says it's all due to the hard work and effort the team in LaGrange has put into the building.
Life Care Center of LaGrange is one of 15 skilled nursing facilities in Indiana operated or managed by Life Care Centers of America.
