FSB promotes financial literacy to high school students

LAGRANGE - Farmers State Bank is launching an initiative in LaGrange and Steuben Counties to help students become more literate about financial matters.
The bank is providing high school students with access to an online course called Everfi-Financial Literacy.
The program is available at no cost to the high schools in LaGrange and Steuben counties and covers topics like credit scores, insurance, student loans, taxes, stocks and retirement.
The interactive program tracks each student’s progress and those who successfully complete the course earn a Certification in Financial Literacy.
