(COLDWATER) – The 2023 boys golf season came to an end for Sturgis, Three Rivers and Coldwater Wednesday at the Division 2 Regional Tournament, hosted by the Cardinals. Three Rivers finished 15th with a score of 371; Sturgis was 16th with a 401 and host Coldwater was 17th with a score of 405. Leading Sturgis was Graeme Herald with a round of 91 and Conner Kimes with a 99. Three Rivers’ Caleb Quake had the low round for the Wildcats with an 86 and Nick Melville had a 93. Coldwater was led by Talen Eberts with a 94 and Blaike Kelley shot a 101. Vicksburg was the Regional Champion with a score of 299, and will advance to the D-2 State Finals. Joining the Bulldogs will be Mason (316) and Gull Lake (319) who finished second and third respectively.
