(WHITE PIGEON) – In the girls portion of the White Pigeon Invitational, the Centreville track team was first with 173 points. Athens finished second with 123 points, host White Pigeon was third with 98 points and Mendon was fourth with 96 points. Centreville’s Elli Miller won the 200 meters, the long jump and was part of the winning 1600 meter relay team. Berkley Shingledecker took first in the 800 meters and was also part of the first place 1600 meter relay team. White Pigeon’s Addison Smith won the 100 meter hurdles while Sadie McDaniels won the shot put. Taylor Zinsmaster of Mendon won the 400 meters and Brienna Heitkamp took first in the discus. Presley Allen won the 3200 meters.
