Holcomb To Extend Stay At Home Order

(INDIANAPOLIS) – Indiana's Stay At Home order is going to be extended.

Friday afternoon, Governor Eric Holcomb announced during his daily press conference that he will extend the Executive Order next week. ...... {LISTEN}.

The previous order was set to expire on Monday, April 6 at 11:59 PM. The new order will be in effect until April 20.

In addition, Holcomb shared that Indiana's public health emergency declaration will be extended by 30 days, taking it to May 3.

During the press conference, Holcomb and his team answered questions from members of the media. One of the questions asked to the Governor was the legality of the Executive Orders he has signed and if they are constitutional. Holcomb says they are. ...... {LISTEN}.

Holcomb also announced that President Donald Trump has approved a state of disaster for Indiana.
