Colon shuts out Twin City 59-0
(COLON) – A 42 point first quarter effort helped the host Colon Magi beat the Twin City Sharks 59-0. Twin City is a team made up of St. Joseph Lake Michigan Catholic, St. Joseph Lake Michigan Lutheran and some other smaller schools. Simon Vinson was 8 of 11 for 318 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Magi. He also had a 13 yard touchdown run on the night. Justin Wickey has 2 receptions for 112 yards and 2 scores. Kaleb Johnson had 2 receptions for 111 yards and a TD, along with 5 carries for 70 yards and another touchdown. Tucker Lafler led the Colon defense with 8 tackles. Wickey and Kodey Dovey each had 7 tackles. Colon ends the regular season at 8-1.
