(PORTER TOWNSHIP) – A Three Rivers man was involved in a two vehicle crash over the weekend.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate a personal injury crash at 9:18 PM Saturday near the intersection of U.S. 12 and Robbins Lake Road in Porter Township.

Investigators say 36 year old Joshua Leszczweski of Three Rivers was going through a curve when he crossed the center line and hit a second vehicle, driven by 45 year old Kristen Levan of Edwardsburg.

Levan was take to Elkhart General Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

Deputies say seat belts were worn by both drivers. Assisting at the scene was the Newberg Fire Department and the Edwardsburg Ambulance.
