MERRILLVILLE – Among the clues that a driver may be intoxicated is seeing them urinating at a stop light.
That’s what happened in Merrillville early Saturday morning.
Indiana State Police Trooper Alaa Hamed was on patrol when he saw the driver’s door open on a car stopped for a stop light.
The female driver squatted and let loose while Hamed made a u-turn and activated his red lights.
33-year-old Tysheena Billingsly of Merrillville tested twice the legal limit for alcohol and was jailed on charges of operating while intoxicated and indecent exposure.
