(BRONSON) – A new principal has been hired for Bronson's Ryan Elementary School.

During Monday's meeting, the Bronson Board of Education voted to hire Ms. Kristen Frisbie for the position. Frisbie was a teacher for 18 years in the Three Rivers School District, and a principal in the Mendon Schools for 4 years. For the last three years, she has served as the Curriculum and Instructional Consultant for the Constantine Public Schools.

In speaking to the Board, Bronson Superintendent Steve Wilson says Frisbie's experience and qualifications make her an excellent candidate for the position of Ryan Elementary Principal.

Frisbie will start her new duties August 1.
