(LAWRENCE) - Down by 11 points late in the third quarter, the Centreville girls basketball team hit some shots and beat host Lawrence 32-29 in a Southwest 10 contest. Centreville coach Jill Peterson says it was a slow start for her team but their offense picked up in the fourth quarter to get the win. Drew Alexander had 13 points and 4 steals for the Lady Bulldogs. Leah Roberts had 7 points while Ellie Reed had 6 points and 6 rebounds. Centreville improves to 10-3 and 6-1 in the Southwest 10.
