Centreville girls and boys first at Union City Track Invitational

(UNION CITY) - It was a good day for the Centreville girls and boys track teams as both finished first at the Union City Invitational. For the girls, Diannah Schwartz finished first in both the 100 meters adaptive and the 200 meters adaptive. Ellie Reed was first in the 1600 meters and second in the 800 meters. Reed was also part of the winning 1600 meter relay team with Kate Hulin, Kaylyn Coney and Lena Reed, and part of the winning 3200 meter relay team with Hulin, Addison Johnson and Berkley Shingledecker. In the boys events, Will Hulin was first in the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters. He was also part of the winning 1600 meter relay team with Deandre Stout, Micaiah Sylvester and Brayden Swanwick, and part of the winning 3200 meter relay team with Oliver Mildenberg, Riley Morrison and Max Reed. Matthew Bates won the shot put and the discus.
