No. 1 Mendon softball goes 1-1 at Bronson Polish Classic

(BRONSON) - The No.1 ranked Mendon softball team went 1-1 at the Bronson Polish Classic. The Lady Hornets beat Pennfield 14-4 but lost to host Bronson 10-0. Jadyn Samson got the pitching win against Pennfield, giving up 6 hits and 4 runs with 8 strikeouts, but took the loss against Bronson giving up 11 hits and 10 runs with 1 strikeout. Rowan Allen had 3 RBI for Mendon. Cienna Nightingale and Samson each had 2 RBI. Mendon is now 23-2 on the season.
