(THREE RIVERS) - A tentative agreement has been reached that could end a strike at a Three Rivers business.

According to WWMT TV, United Auto Workers Local 2093 announced Wednesday they have reached a tentative agreement to end the strike at Dauch Corporation's facility in Three Rivers.

According to UAW representatives, the tentative agreement includes a 30% rate increase over the next four years with members making at least $30 per hour by 2030. It also includes no health premium increases for the next four years along with new holiday time off for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Veteran's Day and more time off for Christmas.

Workers at the facility went on strike June 1 following failed negotiations on a new contract. The negotiations started in March. UAW workers say it's been nearly 18 years since they've been fairly paid and were finished making concessions.

Dauch Corporation is a major supplier of axles for General Motors and the Three Rivers facility, formerly known as American Axle, is their largest in Michigan.

In the coming days UAW members say they will review the offer and make a decision.
