(BURR OAK) - There's a weekend full of fun waiting in Burr Oak as the Village hosts the 2026 Heritage Festival.
Today's events include the Antique Tractor Country Cruise at 10 AM and the Bike-a-Thon at 11:30 AM.
There will be a free kids day starting at 1:30 PM in Church Park, followed at 4 PM by the free Kiddie Duck Derby in the rivers behind Burr Oak School.
Also at 4 PM the Antique Tractors and Wheat Threshing display will be going on in Railroad Park, the Chicken Dinner put on by the Burr Oak Class of 2027, there will be food vendors in the Front Street Parking Lot and the free spaghetti dinner at the Missionary Church.
Starting at 6 PM will be the Variety Show and Outstanding Service Award presentation at the Lutheran Church, along with the crowning of the first Burr Oak Heritage King and Queen.
At 8:30 PM will be the Minute to Win It in the Community Tent, followed at 9 PM with live entertainment with Shawn Richards. You must be 21 or older to attend.
