(THREE RIVERS) - The City of Three Rivers has issued a statement following an announcement by Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
Nessel announced Thursday that 26 year old Alondra Harker of Three Rivers is charged with one count of Election Fraud-Fraudulent Registration after she allegedly voted in the November 2024 General Election.
The City says they are coordinating with legal counsel and the appropriate state authorities.
The charges announced are allegations in a pending criminal matter, and all individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. The City is preserving potentially relevant records and will respond appropriately to lawful requests for information.
