(COLON) - Host Colon beat Burr Oak 44-0 in a Southern Central 8 Man Athletic Association non division game. The game also featured the return of Robbie Hattan as the Magi head coach after serving as coach at Pennfield for the last few years. The Magi had 371 yards of total offense compared to 72 for the Bobcats. Jabari Falls had 16 carries for 144 yards and 4 TD's for Colon on the night. Jeremiah West added 14 carries for 116 yards and a TD, who was also 10 of 16 for 128 yards. Davis Lafler caught 6 passes for 47 yards. Tucker Davis led the Colon defense with 12 tackles and Carter persons had 7 stops. For Burr Oak Coen Miller had 4 carries for 7 yards while Joshua Green was 5 of 15 for 67 yards and an interception. Braxton Boyles had 10 tackles and Hunter Caudill added 7 tackles.
