(STURGIS) - A new President has been named for Burr Oak Tool, Inc.
The long time Sturgis business says they are pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Halling as President, effective September 30.
Halling currently serves as Vice President and has been a key member of Burr Oak Tool's leadership team. Through his leadership and experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the company's customers, products, markets, and operations, helping position the organization for continued success.
This transition is the result of a deliberate succession planning process and reflects Burr Oak Tool's commitment to leadership development, organizational stability, and long-term growth. Halling's appointment represents the continuation of a strong internal leadership tradition and demonstrates the strength of the company's leadership team.
Current Burr Oak Tool President Brian McConnell says as an organization, Burr Oak Tool has worked intentionally to develop leaders who understand their business, their customers and their culture. McConnell says Halling has earned the trust and respect of the employees, customers and partners through his leadership and commitment to Burr Oak Tool.
McConnell says he is confident Halling is the right person to lead the company into its next chapter.
As part of the transition, McConnell will move into the role of Executive Advisor, where he will continue to support Halling and the leadership team while providing strategic guidance and organizational continuity.
