(COLDWATER) - Two women were injured when the vehicle they were in rolled over.
The Branch County Sheriff's Office was called out Wednesday at 1 PM to the area of North Union City Road and North Lake Drive in Coldwater Township.
Deputies determined that a 63-year-old Coldwater woman was driving south on North Union City Road when she attempted to navigate a curve at a speed greater than the posted limit. She lost control of her automobile and it rolled onto its side.
The driver and her passenger, a 49-year-old Colon woman, were both taken to Insight Hospital and Medical Center Coldwater to by treated for what appeared to be minor injuries.
The Coldwater Police and Fire Departments along with Life Care Ambulance assisted at the scene.
